Advisers have to untick each of the options in the true cost window, a part from the arrangement fee, when calculating the FCA cost. This is a process that can be avoided by adding a column that calculates this true cost for them.

Can you have a filter to REMOVE a lender from sourcing. For example, I know Santander will not allow a Buy to Let remortgage with a Transfer of Equity. I want to remove that lender (and any others who will also not allow this) from the sourcing.
