Hard to explain this one but Paradigm mentioned a request that they posed to IRESS and MortgageBrain who both said no...
They have a file that captures certain benefits, comments about Lenders. Things like their different proc fee rates for PTs, if the Lender contacts clients directly, etc.
The request was so if we could add this as a filter so people could identify products that fit/don't fit criteria such as this. I'm not sure if we can even do this based on how/if we receive that data!
