We sent through (I think about 3) queries from lenders who had issues with this field this/last year, we've also had it queried again today so thought it best to propose as an idea here to record it - I believe we were told it wasnt going to change last time it was brought up via email.
Essentially "Fees payable on completion" seems to be the sum of several fees, i.e arrangement fees, app fees, mortgage discharge fees - however it doesn't seem to read when these fees are payable - meaning even if we set the mortgage discharge fee for example with todays query - to payable on redemption - it will still be included in the "fees payable on completion" which lenders and brokers seem to be really confused by.
Not sure if its possible to change but just so theres record that its been queried again etc.
