Stop system constantly trying to re-sort columns by initial monthly payment
The system wants to reset to sorting by initial monthly payment, so I assume this is a default setting. This is very inconvenient as we sort on total cost 99% of the time, and it's tripping us up and causing errors.
The system was enhanced with functionality to enable users to pre set their own default sort column as well as chose the columns they want displayed on the results page a few months back.
In your Account Settings under Mortgage there is a section called Results Screen Settings. By clicking Edit you can chose the columns you want as a default in the results for all your mortgage searches.
Next to each selected column you have a tick box which will set that column as your default sort order for all searches.
Both of these can then be overridden on a case by base basis by using the filter section or using the sort order at the top of each column.
