User would like system filter out all/any lenders according to their LTV max cap so surely the H2B borrowing amount needs to be factored in somewhere. Its not as straight forward as a max LTV for 75% because H2B can be borrowing of up to 20% or even 40% for London so not every application has a flat 20% H2B element i.e it could be 10% or 15% or 30% so surely we need to state this amount somewhere? This will only show/filter lenders who would be prepared to lend at the amount requested.
