Keyword searches on Criteria Source

Would be great if there were 'keywords' that would bring up a search. For example for maximum number of storeys in a block of flats the user has to be really specific with the words for the option to come up (user has to use the word floors and wouldnt work if they put in a synonym. Another good example of this is the max number of applicants question is very specific and advisors didnt know that it was on there
