Feedback from an adviser:
I need to produce multiple illustrations for interest only mortgages and also when fees are added to the loan. I am sure it would not be difficult to add monthly repayment and overall cost figure to interest only illustrations and also added fee cost comparisons. This could save the need for multiple illustrations and set you above the competition, just a thought?
