We use 360 as our CMS and sourcing internal we can tick to include FF data or not and very quickly source with and without. This helps with complex cases, which sourcing can't always cope with. Whilst 360 have now built an option to import without FF data, i think it would be better if we could use the Apply API into 27Tec and then have the ability to source with and without that data. The only things that would remain at the customers age and the LTV they need.
Thanks

Hi Jorge
What we need, I believe, is the majority of data coming from the CRM into 27Tec, which can then be used for Apply. However, that data may need to be quickly reduced when sourcing and removing all fact find data really helps, to reduce down to customers name and mortgage requirements only, such as LTV and rate preference. I can only say how much we have used and benefited from that solution within the CRM.
Our API allows integration from CRM's like 360 to be able to send as much or as little data as they wish. Should the CRM wish they could just provide an integration that simply allows the user access to CloudTwenty7 with no data. As it is the CRM who is integrating into Twenty7Tec's API it is their choice on how much data is or is not populated into CloudTwenty7 from their system and not something that Twenty7Tec prescribes or has control over leaving the CRM with the flexibility to create the journey and decide the amount of data population they want to use.
User are also able to clear, change or add any data that is populated from the CRM into CloudTwnty7 to Source against.
Could you please advise where this exists?
