Helpdesk do not have the ability to edit firms, so they cannot see when a firm has a "panel override" set - meaning for sourcing queries they cannot, on occasion, correctly view the brokers sourcing panel.
If we could view the panel information from the outside screen where all firms are listed (similar to how the companies screen is set) this would be really useful.
