It would be good if the default “true cost Calculate over number of months” matched the term of the filter.
So if I search for 5 yr fixed the true cost defaults to 60 months, or 2 yrs to 24 months.
I suspect, like me this is the default position for many other users of the system.
And I think this is partly feed by the fact that on occasion I forget to change the true cost calculation term.
