First Homes Sourcing

Leeds Building society have provided feedback regarding their first homes products and sourcing compatibility. Whilst helpdesk/data team have assisted in the interim by adding to the product names, it would be beneficial for us to start to looking into how we can enhance SOURCE for the first homes scheme products.

Is there any way we can add a filter for First Homes Scheme products or to look into the Newbuild tick box option again. Appreciate that lenders have differing criteria for what is classed as a new build.

Could we add a drop down i.e New build built in the last 12 months, New build built in the last 24 months, New build never owned/occupied to cater for the different criteria as what lenders class a new build?

Most Lender criteria regardless of age of property is defined by never being lived in or occupied.

Similar feedback has been passed on from Marsden BS around the current sourcing journey of an adviser having to enter 1 month for a new build and selecting FTB. It's not the simplest of journeys.
