It would be very beneficial to include information as to why each lender has been removed from the results.
This would provide brokers with clarity to why it's not available for their client, and they would be able to check on those lenders who actually have a grey area in that situation.
They would then be able to go back into requirements and remove that data that causes the lender to be filtered out, and within their reason for recommendation they know that in this scenario the lender will consider their client.
I asked the broker whether it would be difficult to see/understand if there's lenders removed for lots of different reasons, they said that they would rather get all this information so they can be confident the lender will not consider their client.
As a suggestion, this information could be stored in a similar format to the criteria column when using SOURCE Plus, highlighting elsewhere on the results page with a red traffic light that this lender is removed from the source, and clicking into the traffic light for more information.
