Fee Override on True Cost and Fee details gets added Packager fee in the ESIS instead of broker fee
When entering a figure in the Broker Fee Flat Amount or Broker Fee % in the fee override the ESIS generated will add a Packager Fee in the fee section instead of a Broker Fee.
