Add a monthly true cost field

Add a nonthly true cost field that calculates the cost of the mortgage over the deal term and displays this as a monthly figure. This wouild need to use the true deal duration based on completion a set number of months after the application is submitted (ideally with the abiltyto state this). The way I wouid do this would be starting balance mnus the balance at the end of the deal adding on all fees and dividing that figure by the number of months the deal will run based on the anticipated completion timescale. If this is implemented I would like to see an editable box with the number of months before completion so this starts with the default but is easy to edit on a case by case basis.
