Other occupiers in the property that aren't dependants

Can you please advise whether we are able to add into the fact find sections that we feel are extremely important to capture and is currently not captured anywhere in the fact find

Other adult occupiers

We have to advise the lender of the other occupiers for the deed of occupancy

And in addition to this lenders ask how many adult occupiers will be in the property and how many are dependent.  This has a bearing on affordability for some lenders and needs to be known – so without doubt needs to be included within the fact find.  I appreciate that we have a dependent page where we could include dependent adults but children over 17 who are still living at home but not dependent aren’t catered for

So its quite imperative that this is included – I feel a sensible place would be on the occupier section – which could be called dependents/other occupiers  and then in the drop downs we can indicate whether the person is an occupier or a dependent for the adults listed here ? or something along these lines

If it is there can you let me know – or alternatively is this something that can be incorporated/ changed
